At a meeting of the Exeautive Committee of
the Board, held in the office of the Governor on Tuesday, July 20, at 3 p. m.
PRESENT:
Mr. Hamlin, presiding

Mr. Harding

Mr. Delano

Mr. Willis, Secretary.

The Secretary of the Board presented the application of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to buy
the whole of an issue of N 85,000 of Springfield, Missouri
revenue warrants.

On motion the application was granted,

and the Secretary directed to so inform the bank, suggesting at the same time that it would be well to offer a part
Of the warrants to St. Louis, Springfield being in St.
Louis territory.
An application of the Federal Reserve Bank of
Philadelphia for power to hold 055,000 in warrants out of
490,000 issued by Atlantic County, New Jersey, was approved.
On motion a salary of 04,000 per annum for G. R.
Mosher, as assistant to the Federal Reserve Agent Rich of
Minneapolis, was approved.
