Date effective
Conversion, Merger and Establishment of Branches
First State Bank of Libby, Libby, Montana, a State
member, converted to a national bank under title
of First National Bank in Libby.

Wells Fargo Bank, Son Francisco, California, a State
member, and State Center Bank, Fresno, California,
an insured nonmeuber, merged under charter and title
of Wells Fargo Bank. The former main office and
branches of State Center Bank will be operated as
branches by the continuing bank.
