Date effective

Consolidation and Establishment of Branches
The Ninth Bank and Trust Company, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, a State member, and The
Philadelphia National Bank, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, consolidated under the charter
end title of The Philadelphia National Bank. In
connection with the consolidation the former main
office of The Ninth Bank and Trust Company as well
as the four branches formerly operated by The Ninth
Bank and Trust Company will be operated as branches
by The Philadelphia National Bank.
