Liberty Bank and Trust Company, Buffalo, New York,
a State member, and Exchange Bank, Oakfield, New
York, an insured nonmember, merged under the
charter and title of Liberty Bank and Trust Company.
A branch was established in the former location of
Exchange Bank.

a State member, and National Bank of York County,
York, Pennsylvania, / consolidated under the charter
of National Bank of*" York County and title of National
Bank & Trust Company of Central Pennsylvania. The

Capital Bank will be operated as branches by the
continuing bank.
Elston Bank & Trust Company, Crawfordsville, Indiana,
a State member, absorbed Waynotown State Bank,
