Merger and Establishment of Branches
Brooklyn Trust Company, Brooklyn, New York, was
merged into Manufacturers Trust Company, New
York, New York, both State members, under the
charter and title of the latter institution.
In connection with the merger the former main
office of Brooklyn Trust Company, as well as
the twenty five branches formerly operated by
Brooklyn Trust Company will be operated by
Manufacturers Trust Company.
