Date, effective. Consolidations and Establishment of Branches 5 12 Merchants and Planters Bank, Norfolk, Virginia, a State member, and National Bank of Commerce, Norfolk, Virginia, consolidated under charter and title of the latter bank. The former main office of the discontinued bank and its branches will be operated as branches by the continuing bank, 11-5-57 Security Trust & Savings Bank, San Diego, California, a State member, consolidated with Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank, Riverside, California, and Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, under charter of the latter bank and new title Security-First National Bank. The former head offices and branches of the discontinued banks will be operated as branches by the continuing bank. 11-4-57 Establishment of State' Member Branches Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, established a branch at Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. 11-4-57 Girard Trust Corn Exchange Bank, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, established a branch at 7167 Stenton Avenue, to be known as Stenton Avenue Office. 11-6-57 Piedmont Trust Bank, Martinsville, Virginia, established a branch at 14 East Church Street. 8-26-57 City Bank, Detroit, Michigan, established a branch at 17101 Mack Avenue. 11-4-57 First-City Bank and Trust Company, Hopkinsville, 11-6-57 Kentucky, established a branch on New Clarksville Road, to be known as Fort Campbell Boulevard Branch, /^7
