Consolidation and Establishment of a Branch
The Lorain County Savings & Trust Company, Elyria,
Ohio, a State member, and The Peoples Banking
Company, Oberlin, Ohio, an insured nonmember,
consolidated under charter and title of The Lorain
County Savings & Trust Company. A branch was
established in the former location of The Peoples
Banking Company.
