Establishment of Branches
Colonial Trust Company, New York, New York,

a State member, The Queens National Bank
of New York, Springfield Gardens, New York,
New York, and The Meadow Brook National Bank
of Nassau County, West Hempstead, New York,
consolidated under charter of The Meadow Brook
National Bank of Nassau County and new title
The Meadow Brook National Bank, with head office
transferred to the former location of The
Queens National Bank of New York. The former
head office location of The Meadow Brook
National Bank of Nassau County will be
designated as a branch. The former main office
of Colonial Trust Company and its branches and
the former branches of The Queens National Bank
of New York will be operated as branches by
the continuing bank.
First-Peoples State Bank, Traverse City,
Michigan, a State member, has converted
into a national bank under the title of
National Bank and Trust Company of Traverse
City.

Lincoln Bank and Trust Company, Louisville,
Kentucky, a State member, and The First
National Bank of Louisville, Louisville,
Kentucky merged under charter of The First
National Bank of Louisville and new title
First National Lincoln Bank of Louisville.
The former main office and branches of Lincoln
Bank and Trust Company will be operated as
branches by the continuing bank.
