The Bank of Salem, Salem, Virginia.

Mergers and Establishment of Branches
Washington Trust Company of Washington, N. J.,
11-17-69
Washington, New Jersey, a State member bank,
and National Newark & Essex Bank, Newark,
New Jersey, merged under charter and title of
latter bank. The former head office and branches
of Washington Trust Company of Washington, N. J.,
will be operated as branches by the continuing
bank.
The Bank of Mount Eaton Company, Mount Eaton,

Ohio, a State member bank, and First National
Bank of Orrville-Dalton, Orrville, Ohio, merged
under charter and title of latter bank. The
former head office and branches of The Bank of
Mount Eaton Company will be operated as branches
by the continuing bank.
Change In Location
The Western Greenbrier Bank, East Rainelle,
West Virginia, changed its location to Rainelle,
West Virginia, due to merger of area of East
Rainelle by town of Rainelle.
