Bank and Trust Company,.Lockport, New York, merged
under the charter and t i t l e of The Marine Trust
Company of Western New York. The former head o f f i c e
of Niagara County National Bank and Trust Company,
Lockport, and i t s branches at Barker, Middleport, and
Wilson w i l l be operated as branches of The Marine
Trust Company of Western New York, Buffalo, New York.
