Merger and Establishment of Branches

The State Bank of Ellenburg, Ellenburg Depot,
New York, a State member, merged with The
Second National Bank, Cooperstown, New York,
and The National Commercial Bank and Trust
Company, Albany, New York, under the charter
and title of the latter bank. The former
main offices of the Ellenburg Depot and Cooper stown banks will be operated as branches by
the continuing bank.
