Consolidation and Establishment of Branches
Hyannis Trust Coupany, Hyannis, Massachusetts, a
State member, consolidated with Cape Cod Trust
Company, Harwich Port, Massachusetts, an insured
nonnenber bank, under charter of Hyannis Trust
Company, Hyannis, but with change in title to
Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company. The former
head office and branch of Cape Cod Trust Company,
Harwich Port, will be operated as branches by
Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company, Hyannis,
Massachusetts.

The Union and New Haven Trust Company, New Haven,
Connecticut, established a branch in Old Saybrvok
Shopping Center, at the intersection of Route 1
and Elm Street, Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
