The former main office and branches of the absorbed bank will be operated as branches of the continuing bank. 3-21-55 2 Community Trust Company, Bloomfield, New Jersey, a State member, was absorbed by the National Newark and Essex Banking Company, Newark, New Jersey. A branch was established in the former location of the absorbed bank. 3-21-55 3 East Petersburg State Bank, East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, a State member, and The Fulton National Bank, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, consolidated under the charter and title of the latter bank.
