cm K.3 No. 9 ANNOUNCEMENT BY BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM For the week ending March_17, 1956 CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP Date effective Admitted to Membership 10 East Side State Bank of Wichita, Wichita, Kansas 3-13-56 Merger and Establishment of Branch The First Pennsylvania Banking and Trust Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a State member, merged under its charter and title with Wayne Title and Trust Company, Wayne, Pennsylvania, an insured nonmember. The former main office and branch of the latter bank will be operated as branches by the continuing bank. 3-12-56 Establishment of State Member Branches The Croghan Colonial Bank, Fremont, Ohio, established a branch at l801 West State Street, to be known as West Side Branch. 3-12-56 Citizens Banking Company, Anderson,- Indiana, established a branch at Edgewood, Indiana, to be known as Edgewood Branch. 3-9-56
