Merger and Establishment of Branch
The First Pennsylvania Banking and Trust
Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a State
member, merged under its charter and title
with Wayne Title and Trust Company, Wayne,
Pennsylvania, an insured nonmember. The former
main office and branch of the latter bank will
be operated as branches by the continuing bank.

The Croghan Colonial Bank, Fremont, Ohio,
established a branch at l801 West State
Street, to be known as West Side Branch.
