Merger and Establishment of Branch

The ColcflHol Trust Company, Waterbury,
Connecticut, a State member, and
Watertown Trust Company, Watertown,
Connecticut, a noninsured nonmember,
merged under the charter and title
of The Colonial Trust Company. In
connection with the merger a branch
was established in the former J.ocotion
of Watertown Trust Company to be known
as Watertown Branch.
