Girard Trust Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
a State member, and Corn Exchange National Bank
and Trust Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
consolidated under the charter of Girard Trust
Company and new t i t l e Girard Trust Corn Exchange
Bank. In connection with the consolidation the
former main o f f i c e of Corn Exchange National Bank
and Trust Company as well as the eleven branches
formerly operated by Corn Exchange National Bank
and Trust Company w i l l be operated as branches by
Girard Trust Corn Exchange Bank.
