Merger and Establishment of Branch
The Rossford Savings Bank, Rossford, Ohio, a State
member bank, and The National Bank of Toledo, Toledo,
Ohio, merged under charter of the latter bank and newtitle of First National Bank of Toledo. A branch was
established in the former location of The Rossford
Savings Bank.

established a branch on South Main Street, Assonet,
Massachusetts.
