The Barter Bank & Trust Company, Canton, Ohio,
a State member bank, and The Waynesburg Bank,
Waynesburg, Ohio, an insured nonmember bank,
merged under charter and title of The Barter
Bank & Trust Company. A branch was established
in the former location of The Waynesburg Bank.

New Hampshire, established a branch on
