Mergers and Establishment of Branches
The Bank of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, a
State member bank, and The Peoples Bank of
Reedville, Reedville, Virginia, an insured
nonmember bank, merged u n d e r charter and
title of The Bank of Virginia, Richmond,
Virginia. The former head office and branch
of The Peoples Bank of Reedville will be
operated as branches by the continuing bank.
The Bank of Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, a
State member bank, and The Peoples Bank of
White Stone, White Stone, Virginia, an
insured nonmember bank, merged under charter
and title of The Bank of Virginia, Richmond,
Virginia. The former head office of The
Peoples Bank of White Stone will be operated
as a branch b y the continuing bank.

Establishment of State M e m b e r Branch
Grant County Bank, Silver City, N e w Mexico,
established a branch in Tyrone, New Mexico,
to be known as Tyrone Branch.
