A branch was established in the former location of State Bank of Kenmore. Massanutten Bank of Strasburg, Strasbourg, Virginia, 6-27-66 a State member bank, and Shenandoah County Bank and Trust Company, National Association, Woodstock, Virginia, consolidated under charter of Shenandoah County Bank and Trust Company, National Association and new title of Massanutten Bank of Shenandoah Valley, National Association. The head office of the merged bank is located at Strasburg. Truitt-Matthews Banking Co., Chillicothe, Illinois, a State member bank, and The First National Bank of Chillicothe, Chillicothe, Illinois, merged under charter of The First National Bank of Chillicothe and new title of Truitt-Matthews First National Bank. 7- 1-66 Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Clare, Michigan, a State member bank, and State Bank of Coleman, Coleman, Michigan, an insured nonmember bank, consolidate ur.der charter and title of the former bank.
