BOARD OF GOVERNORS (F THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM Changes in State Member Banks For the week ended July 18, 1970 Date Effective Consolidation and Establishment of Branch Trade Bank and Trust Company, New York, New York, a State member bank, and National Bank of North America, New York, New York, consolidated under charter and title of latter bank. The former head office and branches of Trade Bank and Trust Company will be operated as branches by the continuing bank. Establishment of State Member Branches The Dover Trust Company, Dover, New Jersey, established a branch r;t 209 Route 206, Flanders, New Jersey, to be known as Flanders Office. 7-15-70 Union County Trust Company, Elizabeth, New Jersey, established a branch at 274 Somerset Street, North Plainfield, New Jersey, to be known as North Plainfield Office. 7-15-70 The County Trust Company, White Plains, New York, established a branch at 3 Taylor Square, Village of Silver Lake, New York, to be known as Silver Lake Office. 7-13-70 The State Bank and Trust Company, Defiance, Ohio, established a branch at 1796 North Clinton Street, Defiance, Ohio, to be known as Holiday Branch. CHANGES IN OVERSEAS BRANCHES OF UNITED STATES BANKS AND BANKING CORPORATIONS Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, San Francisco, California, has opened a branch in Susupe, Saipan, Mariana Island, U.
