Merger and Establishment of Branch
The North End Bank & Trust Company, Bridgeport,
Connecticut, was merged into The Bridgeport-City
Trust Company, Bridgeport, Connecticut, both S t a t e
members, under c h a r t e r and t i t l e of the l a t t e r
i n s t i t u t i o n . In connection w i t h the merger a branch
was e s t a b l i s h e d in the former l o c a t i o n of The North
End Bank & Trust Company.
