Liberty Bank and Trust Company, Allentown,
Pennsylvania, a State member, and Union
Bank and Trust Company of Bethlehem,
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, an insured nonmember, merged under charter and title of
Union Bank and Trust Company. A branch
was established in the former location of
Liberty Bank and Trust Co.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a State member,
and The Collegeville National Bank,
Collegeville, Pennsylvania, merged under
charter and title of Provident Tradesmens
Bank and Trust Company. A branch was established in the former location of The

State member, and The National Bank of
Lorain, Lorain, Ohio, consolidated under
the charter of The National Bank of Lorain
and title of The Lorain National Bank. The
former main office and branches of The
Lorain Banking Company will be operated as
branches by the continuing bank.

North Carolina, a State member, and Commercial
National Bank of Kinston, Kinston, North
Carolina, merged under charter and title of
Wachovia Bank and Trust Company. The former
main office and branches of Commercial

by the continuing bank.
