Union Trust Company of Jamestown, N. Y., Jamestown, New
York, a State member, and The National Chautauqua
County Bank of Jamestown, Jamestown, New York, consolidated under the charter of The National Chautauqua
County Bank of Jamestown and new title Chautauqua
National Bank & Trust Company of Jamestown. In connection with the consolidation the former main office
of Union Trust Company as well as the branch formerly
operated by Union Trust Cpmpany at Westfield will be
operated as branches by the Chautauqua National Bank &
Trust Company of Jamestown.

The Savings Bank of Williamsport, Maryland, Williamsport,
Maryland, a State member and The Washington County
National Bank of Williamsport, Williamsport, Maryland,
consolidated under the charter of The Washington County
National Bank of Williamsport and new title Washington
County National Savings Bank of Williamsport.

City Bank, Detroit, Michigan, a State member, and Peoples
State Bank of Hazel Park, Hazel Park, Michigan, an
insured nonmember, consolidated under the charter and
title of City Bank. In connection with the consolidation
a branch was established in the former location of Pedples
State Bank of Hazel Park.

The Citizens Bank of Sherwood, Sherwood, Oregon, a State
member, The Commercial National Bank of Hillsboro,
Hillsboro, Oregon, and The Commercial Bank of Oregon,
West Slope, Oregon, an insured nonmember,merged under
the charter of The Citizens Bank of Sherwood and new
title The Commercial Bank of Oregon. The bank moved
its head office to Hillsboro. In connection with the
merger the main offices of The Citizens Bank of
Sherwood and The Commercial Bank of Oregon, West Slope,
as well as the two branches formerly operated by The
Commercial Bank of Oregon> West Slope, at Banks and
Vernonia will be operated as branches by The Commercial
Bank of Oregon, Hillsboro, Oregon.
