New York) have combined activities through the
transfer cff assets of Bankers International
Corporation to, and assumption of liabilities
of Bankers International Corporation by,
Bar±ers International Financin; Company, Inc.
Bankers International Corporation has been
placed in liquidation and Bankers International
Financing Company, Inc. has changed its name to
