Bank of Commerce and Trusts, Richmond, Virginia,
and State-Planters Bank and Trust Company,
Richmond, Virginia, both State members, merged
under charter of the latter bank and new title
State-Planters Bank of Commerce and Trusts, The
former head office and branch of Bank of Commerce
and Trusts will be operated as branches by the
continuing bank.

established a branch on Freight Street, to be
known as Drive-In Branch.
