First Bank and Trust Company, Fords, New Jersey,
a State member, converted to a national bank,
under title of First Bank and Trust Company,
National Association.

State member, and National Commercial Bank and
Trust Company, Albany, New York, merged under
charter and title of National Commercial Bank
and Trust Company. A branch was established in
the former location of The Bank of Worcester.
