IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP

Merger and Establishment of Branch

The Reading Trust Company, Reading, Pennsylvania,
a State member bank, and The National Bank of
Hamburg, Hamburg, Pennsylvania, merged under
charter and title of The Reading Trust Company.
A branch was established in the former location
of The National Bank of Hamburg.

The Liberty Trust Company, Cumberland, Maryland,
changed its title to Liberty Trust Company of
Maryland.

The Detroit Bank and Trust Company, Detroit,
Michigan, established a branch at 42345 Ann Arbor
Road, Plymouth Township, Michigan.

to be known as Questa Branch.
