The Geneva Savings and Trust Company,
Geneva, Ohio, a State member, and The
National Bank of Ashtabula, Ashtabula,
Ohio, consolidated under charter of
The National Bank cf Ashtabula and new
title The Northeastern Ohio National
IBank of Ashtabula, Ohio. The former
main office and branch of The Geneva
Savings and Trust Company will be operated as branches by the continuing bank.

member, and Suburban Trust Company,
Hyattsville, Maryland, an insured nonmember, merged under charter and title
