CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP

Admitted to membership
The Hartford-Connecticut Trust Company,
Hartford, Connecticut
Mergers and Establishment of Branches
The Capitol State Bank and Trust Company, Hartford, Connecticut, an insured nonmember,
was merged into Phoenix State Bank and Trust
Company, Hartford, Connecticut, a State member,
under the title and charter of the latter
institution. In connection with the merger a
branch was established in the former location
of The Capitol State Bank and Trust Company.
Lockport Exchange Trust Company, Lockport,
New York, was merged into Manufacturers and
Traders Trust Company, Buffalo, New York,
both State members, under the title and
charter of the latter institution. In connection with the merger a branch was established
in the former location of the Lockport Exchange Trust Company.
Establishment of Branch
Liberty Bank of Buffalo, Buffalo, New York, a
State member, has established a branch in
Williamsville, New York, to be known as
Williamsvilie Office,
