CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP
Date effective
Mergers, Consolidation and Establishment of Branches
The Windsor Trust Company, Windsor, Connecticut,
a State member, merged with Hartford National
Bank and Trust Company, Hartford, Connecticut,
under charter and title of the latter bank. A
branch was established in the former location
of The Windsor Trust Company.

Rutherford Trust Company, Rutherford, New Jersey,
and Peoples Trust Company of Bergen County,
Hackensack, New Jersey,both State members,
merged under charter and title of Peoples
Trust Company of Bergen County. A branch was
established in the former location of
Rutherford Trust Company.

The Suffolk County Trust Company, Riverhead,
New York, and State Bank of Suffolk, Bay
Shore, New York, both State members, merged
under charter and title of State Bank of
Suffolk. A branch was established in the
former location of The Suffolk County Trust
Company.

Carolina Savings Bank, Charleston, South
Carolina, a State member, consolidated with
The First National Bank of South Carolina,
Columbia, South Carolina, under charter and
title of the latter bank. The former main
office of the discontinued bank and its two
branches will be operated as branches by the
continuing bank.

Walker Bank and Trust Company, Salt Lake City,
Utah, Cache Valley Banking Company, Logan,
Utah, both State members, and Sandy City Bank,
Sandy, Utah, an insured nonmember, merged
under charter and title of Walker Bank and
Trust Company. The former main offices of the
two discontinued banks and the branch formerly
operated by Sandy City Bank will be operated
as branches by the continuing, bank.
