Mergers and. Establishments of Branches
The Colonial Bank and Trust Company, Waterbury,
12- 9-68
Connecticut, a State member baik, and the Litchfield
County National Bank, New Milford, Connecticut, merged
under charter and title of the former bank. The
former head office and branches of Litchfield County
National Bank will be operated as branches by
the continuing bank.
Marine Midland Trust Company of Rockland County, Nyack,12- 9-68
New York, a State member bank, and Lafayette Bank and
Trust Company of Suffern, Suffern, New York, an insured
nonmember bank, merged under charter and title of the
former bank. The former head office and branches
of Lafayette Bank and Trust Company of Suffern, will
be operated as branches by the continuing bank.
