Peoples Trust Company of Wyomissing, Wyomissing,
Pennsylvania, and City Bank and Trust Company
of Reading, Reading, Pennsylvania, both State
member banks, merged under charter of Peoples
Trust Company of Wyomissing and new title of
Peoples Trust City Bank with head office transferred tb former location of City Bank and
Trust Company of Reading. The former main
office and branches of Peoples Trust Ccmjany and
the branches of City Bank" and Trust Company w:11
be operated as branches by the continuing bank.

branches by the continuing bank.
