Date effective
Mergers, Conversion, and Establishment of Branches
Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, Winston-Salem, North
Carolina, a State member, and The First National
Bank of Thcmasville, Thomasville, North Carolina,
merged under charter and title of the former. A
"branch was established in the former location of The
First National Bank of Thprnasville.

The Citizens-Waynesboro Bank and Trust Company, Waynes8- 3-61
boro, Virginia, a State member, and The Peoples
National Bank of Charlottesville, Charlottesville,
Virginia, merged under charter and title of the latter.
The former main office and branch of The CitizensWaynesboro Bank and Trust Company will be operated as
branches by the continuing bank.
The Michigan Bank, Detroit, Michigan, a State, member,
has converted into a national bank under title of
Michigan Bank, National Association.
