CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP Date

Merger and Establishment of Branch
State Bank of Churchville, Churchville, New
York, an insured nonmember, was merged into
Security Trust Company of Rochester, Rochester,
New York, a State member, under the title and
charter of the latter institution. In connection
with the merger a branch was established in the
former location of the State Bank of Churchville.

Establishment of Branch
Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, Winston-Salem,
North Carolina, a State member, has established
a branch at Charlotte, North Carolina, to be
known as Time Payment Department Branch.
