Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, a State member, and Peoples
Bank, Steelton, Pennsylvania, an insured
nonmember, merged under charter and title
of Dauphin Deposit Trust Company, A branch
was established in the former location of
Peoples Bank.

Paoli Bank, Paoli, Pennsylvania, a State member,
and Berwyn National Bank, Berwyn, Pennsylvania,
merged under charter of Paoli Bank, and new
title Upper Main Line Bank, with head office
transferred to Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The
former head office of Paoli Bank and its
branch will be operated as branches by the
continuing bank.
