The Connecticut Bank & Trust Company, Hartford,
Connecticut, a State member, merged under its
charter and title with The Windham National Bank,
Willimantic, Connecticut. A branch was established
in the former location of the latter bank.

The Orwell Banking Company, Orwell, Ohio, a State
member, and The Farmers National Bank & Trust
Company, Ashtabula, Ohio, consolidated under the
charter and title of the latter bank. A branch
was established in the former location of The
On-fell Banking Company.

member, merged under its charter and title with
Fishermen & Merchants Bank, Los Angeles (San Pedro),
California, a State member, The Covina National
Bank, Covina, California, and Union National Bank,
Pasadena, California. The former main offices and
branches of the latter two banks will be operated
as branches by the continuing bank.
