The Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, New York,
established the following tranches:

to be known as Avenue M and East 15th Street
Branch.
3126 Avenue U, New York (Brooklyn), New York,
to be known as Marine Park Branch.
The Union Commerce Bank, Cleveland, Ohio,
established a Drive-In branch at East 276th
Street and Euclid Avenue, Euclid, Ohio.
