The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company, Hartford,
Connecticut, a State member, and Union Bank and
Trust Company, New London, Connecticut, a noninsured nonmember bank, merged under charter and
title of The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company.
A branch was established in the former location
of Union Bank and Trust Company.

Creek, Virginia, a State member, converted to a
national bank under title of First Valley National
Bank.
