Bucks County Bank and Trust Company, Perkasie,
Pennsylvania, became a State member after consolidation, under its new charter, of the following banks:
Quakertown Trust Company, Quakertown, Pennsylvania,
a State member;
Dublin National Bank, Dublin, Pennsylvania;
First National Bank, Perkasie, Pennsylvania; and
Perkasie Trust Company, Perkasie, Pennsylvania,
insured nonmember.
The head office of the consolidated bank is located
at the former location of First National Bank,
Perkasie, and it will operate the former head
offices of the three other banks as branches.

The Peoples Bank, Pikesville, Maryland, a State
member, has changed its title to PikesvillePeoples Bank.
