Consolidation, Merger and Establishment of Branches

The Marine Trust Company of Buffalo, Buffalo, New York,
and Power City Trust Company, Niagara Falls, New
York, both State members, merged under the
charter of The Marine Trust Company of Buffalo and
new title The Marine Trust Company of Western
New York.
In connection with the merger the former
main office of Power City Trust Company as well as
the three branches formerly operated by Power City
Trust Company will be operated as branches by the
Marine Trust Company of Western New York.

The Seville State Bank, Seville, Ohio, a State member,
and The Old Phoenix National Bank of Medina,
Medina, Ohio, consolidated under the charter and
title of The Old Phoenix National Bank of Medina.
In connection with the consolidation a branch was
established at Seville at the location of the
former Seville State Bank, to be known as
Seville Office.
