Ohio, a State member, has converted into a national
bank, under the title of First National Bank of
Elyria.

Farmers and Merchants Bank of Southern Counties, Long

Beach, California, a State member, was absorbed by
Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach, California,
also a State member. The former main office and
branch of The Farmers and Merchants Bank of Southern
Counties will be operated as branches by the continuing
bank.
