First Trust Company of Albany, Albany^- New York,
established a branch at 146 State Street, Albany,
New York, to be known as Capitol Hill Office.

North Carolina, established the following branches;
1400 West Ehringhaus Street, Elizabeth City, North
Carolina, to be known as Southgate Office.

Beloit State Bank, Beloit, Wisconsin, established a
