Mergers and Establishment of Branches
Wilmington Trust Company, Wilmington,
Delaware, a State member, and Georgetown
Trust Company, Georgetown, Delaware, an
insured nonmember, merged under charter and
title of Wilmington Trust Company. A branch
was established in the former location of
Georgetown Trust Company.
