Semimonthly figures showed a large seasonally, ad justed increase in the second half of Octoberj but an even larger d e c l i n e in Ilovember* Most of the decline in money supply was in member bank demand d e p o s i t s . Time deposits a t member banks, however, rose $200 million further in November, a< month in which time d e p o s i t s usually d e c l i n e . (In November 1959, the decline was # 0 0 million.)'
