Loans on s e c u r i t i e s d e c l i n e d $80,000,000 a t r e p o r t i n g member banks i n t h e New York d i s t r i c t and $70,000,000 a t a l l r e p o r t i n g member b a n k s , and i n c r e a s e d $7,000,000 i n the Chicago d i s t r i c t .
