Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l , and a g r i c u l t u r a l loans increased $31 m i l l i o n in the San Francisco D i s t r i c t and $20 m i l l i o n i n the Dallas D i s t r i c t , and they decreased $16 m i l l i o n i n the Chicago D i s t r i c t ; the n e t i n c r e a s e a t a l l r e p o r t i n g member banks was $14 m i l l i o n .
