Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l and a g r i c u l t u r a l loans increased i n n e a r l y a l l d i s t r i c t s , the p r i n c i p a l i n c r e a s e s being $10,000,000 i n New York City and $4,000,000 each i n t h e Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago d i s t r i c t s . Holdings of United S t a t e s Treasury b i l l s i n c r e a s e d $22,000,000 i n New York City, $20,000,000 i n the Chicago d i s t r i c t , $10,000,000 i n the Boston d i s t r i c t , and $61,000,000 at a l l r e p o r t i n g member banks. Holdings of Treasury notes declined $10,000,000 i n New York City and $2,000,000 at a l l r e p o r t i n g member banks. Holdings of United S t a t e s Government bonds declined $3,000,000.
