The c o n d i t i o n s t a t e m e n t of weekly r e p o r t i n g member banks i n 101 l e a d i n g c i t i e s
shows t h e f o l l o w i n g p r i n c i p a l changes f o r t h e week ended November 11* An i n c r e a s e
* of $it5»000,000 i n commercial, i n d u s t r i a l , and a g r i c u l t u r a l loans and a decrease of
$120,000,000 i n l o a n s t o b r o k e r s and d e a l e r s i n s e c u r i t i e s ; i n c r e a s e s of
$225,000,000 i n r e s e r v e b a l a n c e s w i t h Federal Reserve Banks, $33^,000,000 in demand
d e p o s i t s - a d j u s t e d , and $206,000,000 i n d e p o s i t s c r e d i t e d t o domestic b a n k s , and a
decrease of $529,000,000 i n United S t a t e s Government d e p o s i t s .
Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l , and a g r i c u l t u r a l loans i n c r e a s e d $17,000,000 i n New
York C i t y , $10,000,000 i n t h e New York D i s t r i c t o u t s i d e of New York C i t y ,
$8,000,000 i n t h e Chicago D i s t r i c t , and $45,000,000 a t a l l r e p o r t i n g member banks.
