Commercial, i n d u s t r i a l , and a g r i c u l t u r a l l o a n s decreased i n a l l but two d i s t r i c t s ? t h e p r i n c i p a l d e c r e a s e s were $52,000,000 i n New York C i t y , $23,000,000 i n t h e Chicago D i s t r i c t , and $llt,000,000 i n t h e S t .
